Story: Born and raised on Lasqueti Island "off the grid" learning to respect the land. To becoming a snowboarder on the professional circuit to a successful teacher of wellness. Crystal is passionate in all things she does, travel, nature, food, yoga & teaching.

Accomplishments: Creating Mythic Mantra Immersion, Vinyasa Immersion, International Yoga retreats and Trainings

Goals: To have a platform to share what I am most passionate about, to teach others how to live with passion, creating the life that fulfills them in all ways.
